1. Overview
Every artwork created by Purna Desai is handmade and unique. Because of the personal and limited nature of each piece, all sales are considered final unless otherwise specified. This policy outlines the conditions for returns, refunds, and replacements.
2. Final Sale Policy
All original paintings, limited prints, and commissioned works are final sale. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, cancellations or refunds cannot be issued.
3. Damaged Artwork
If an artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact the Artist within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Photographs of the damaged packaging and artwork
- Order details (date and artwork name)
The Artist will evaluate the claim and may offer one of the following resolutions:
- A repair (if possible)
- A replacement (if applicable for prints)
- A partial refund or store credit
4. Lost or Incorrect Orders
If an item is lost during transit or an incorrect artwork is received, please contact info@purna.studio with details. The Artist will investigate and correct the issue as quickly as possible.
5. Commissions
All commissioned artworks require a non-refundable deposit before production begins. The balance is due upon completion and approval. Commissions cannot be returned or refunded once approved by the client.
6. Color and Image Accuracy
Colors and textures may vary slightly from images displayed online due to screen settings or lighting. Such variations are not considered defects and are part of the authenticity of original artwork.
